Engineering · Design · Delivery
Software that earns its keep.
We design and build web and mobile products for companies that need them working in production — not demoed in a deck. Small team, senior hands, fixed scope and dates you can hold us to.

What we do
Three things, done properly.
All servicesWe would rather be the best team you have used for a narrow set of work than an adequate one for everything.
Why us
An engineering firm that shows its working.
Three claims, each with the thing we built to back it up rather than an adjective.
We run on our own software
The process is code, not a document
Most studios our size run on a stack of subscriptions and memory. We run the whole agency — pipeline, delivery, invoicing, payroll, hiring, the website's content — from one console we built. The rules that protect your project are enforced as gates in that API: no build starts before the advance clears, no enquiry sits unanswered past a day, no invoice falls out of the morning digest until it is paid.
- One pipeline, one client record, one audit trail
- SLA breaches surface on a daily digest, not in someone's memory
- Every integration optional — nothing breaks when a key is blank

Speed is a system
Short timelines without heroics
The dates we quote come out of tooling, not out of working weekends. A versioned component registry spanning web, React Native and Flutter; a proposal generator with twelve designs; a guided credential-handover flow; and roughly twenty prior codebases to mine. Every client build feeds the registry, so the next one starts further along than the last.
- Hash-addressed components, copied as real editable source
- Recipes for the systems that resist copy-paste: auth, payments, search
- One registry across web, React Native and Flutter

You own it
Handover is the point, not the afterthought
Code, repositories, credentials and infrastructure transfer to you at go-live. Accounts are created under your ownership from the first day, not migrated at the end — and we never accept a real secret through a web form, because a leaked database should not be able to expose a client's payment gateway.
- Repositories in your organisation from the first commit
- Eight services covered by a guided credential handover
- No mandatory retainer, no hosting you cannot leave
Account setup
Each account is created under your ownership. We are added as a user, and removed at handover.

How a project runs
Six stages, each with a gate.
The full processEvery stage has a condition that has to be true before the next one starts. These are enforced in the system we run the studio on, which is the only reason they hold under pressure.
▮ A stage with a gate cannot be entered until its condition is true. The check lives in the API, not in a document.
- 01Scope written down
Discovery
We work out what is actually being built and what it costs, in writing. If the timeline is not honest, this is where we say so — week one is the cheapest moment to hear it.
- 02Within 24 hours of the call
Proposal
A locked-scope statement of work with a fixed price and a fixed date. Same-day is the standard; twenty-four hours is the hard limit.
- 0350% advance paid
Build
A project cannot start until its advance is paid — that gate is enforced in our own API, not left to good intentions. From there you see working software, not status decks.
- 04Checklist passed
QA
Delivery means the QA checklist is signed off and the final invoice is out. Real devices, real data, and the states nobody demos: empty, offline, and failed.
- 05Credentials transferred
Handover
Final payment, then every repository, credential and piece of infrastructure moves to your ownership. Accounts were created in your name from day one anyway.
- 06Six months
Warranty
Six months of fixes on what we built, included. After that some clients keep us on maintenance and some never need us again. Both are fine outcomes.
What you see each fortnight
A working deploy
on a URL you can send to anyone
A short written note
what moved, what is next, what is at risk
The updated burn
against the fixed price, not a running total
Selected work
We build our own tools first.
All workThe strongest thing we can show you is the software we chose to run our own company on. Client engagements follow it.
What we will not bend on
Four commitments, in writing.
Most of these exist because a client told us how the last agency engagement went wrong.
Fixed scope, fixed date
We quote a number and a date and hold to both. Changes are priced in writing before anyone starts on them — no surprise line items at the end.
Senior hands on the work
The people you meet in the first call are the people who build it. We do not sell with seniors and deliver with juniors.
You own everything
Code, repositories, credentials and infrastructure are handed over at go-live and stay yours. No hostage-taking, no mandatory retainer.
We say no
If the work is outside what we are good at, or the timeline is not honest, we say so and often point you elsewhere. It costs us projects and saves everybody months.
How it usually goes
How we work
The price
How it usually goes
An estimate, then a revised estimate, then a final invoice nobody predicted.
How we work
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date. Changes priced in writing before anyone starts them.
Who builds it
How it usually goes
Seniors pitch. Juniors deliver once the contract is signed.
How we work
The people in the first call are the people who build it. There is no bench to hand you off to.
At handover
How it usually goes
A login, their hosting, and a retainer that is awkward to leave.
How we work
Every repository, credential and server transfers to you. Accounts were in your name from day one.
After launch
How it usually goes
Support is a new quote.
How we work
Six months of warranty on what we built, included in the price.
How we operate
Three rules the system enforces for you.
Not a values statement. These are conditions checked in code — an enquiry or a project that breaks one shows up red on the morning digest until somebody fixes it.
No build without a paid advance
A project cannot enter build until its 50% advance is paid. Enforced as a gate in the API, not as a guideline.
Reply within 24 hours
An enquiry waiting longer than a day is an SLA breach. It shows red on the morning digest until it is answered.
Proposal within 24 hours of the call
Same-day is the standard. Twenty-four hours is the hard limit, not the target.

What we build with
Boring choices, deliberately.
Novelty is a cost your project pays after we leave. We reach for things your next engineer will already know, and we fit your stack before we sell you a migration.
Interface

- TypeScript
- Next.js
- React
- Tailwind CSS
- Radix UI
Mobile

Server & data
Boring, well-understood choices. We fit your stack before we sell you a migration.

Questions
The things people ask first.
If the awkward question is not here, send it. We would rather have the difficult conversation now than three weeks into a build.
Ask us directlyFifty per cent advance before the build starts, fifty per cent before go-live on your domain. We send a Razorpay link with every invoice — UPI for India, payment links for AED. Nothing starts before the advance clears, which is a gate in our own system rather than a promise.
It usually does. A change gets priced in writing and agreed before anyone builds it, and it is ticketed as new work rather than absorbed silently. That is the whole reason the original number holds — unbilled scope creep is how fixed-price projects turn into arguments.
You do. Repositories, credentials and infrastructure transfer at handover and stay yours. Accounts are created under your ownership from day one — we built a separate tool, Valen Creds, specifically so that a client's payment keys never sit in our database.
Small, deliberately. Valentir is a Noida studio led by Vinay Kumar with a bench of long-standing contractors brought in per project. You get senior hands on the work because there is nobody junior to hand it to, and we take on a limited number of builds at a time so that stays true.
Typically two to three weeks from a signed scope. We reply to every enquiry within one working day and get a proposal out within twenty-four hours of the call, so you will know where you stand quickly even if the answer is no.
Taking new projects
Tell us what you are trying to build.
Bring a rough idea or a finished spec. Either way you get a straight answer about scope, cost and whether we are the right studio for it — and if we are not, usually a pointer to who is.
