What we do

Three things, done properly.

We would rather be the best team you have used for a narrow set of work than an adequate one for everything. Below is exactly what each engagement covers, what it costs to start, and what you have at the end of it.

Weeks, typical build

01

Web Development

Marketing sites and web apps that load fast and convert. Next.js builds with a CMS your team can actually use.

₹60,000

Starting price

3–6 weeks

Typical duration

Read the detail

Most agency sites are handed over as something only the agency can edit. Ours are not. You get a Next.js build with a content model your team edits without calling anyone, a performance budget that holds after launch, and the repository in your own organisation from the first commit.

What it covers

  • Next.js App Router, server-rendered
  • A content model your team can edit
  • Core Web Vitals held after launch
  • Analytics and search console wired up
  • Responsive down to a mid-range Android

What you receive

  • Production site
  • Editable CMS
  • Repo + hosting in your name

Plus the repository, credentials and hosting — in your name, at go-live.

02

Mobile Apps

Android and iOS from one codebase. React Native, shipped to both stores.

₹1,50,000

Starting price

8–14 weeks

Typical duration

Read the detail

One React Native codebase, two stores, and a release process your team can run without us. We handle the parts that usually stall a first app — store accounts under your ownership, signing, review rejections, and the update path after launch.

What it covers

  • React Native, one codebase
  • Store submission for both platforms
  • Push notifications and deep links
  • Offline-tolerant data handling
  • Crash reporting from day one

What you receive

  • iOS + Android build
  • Store listings live
  • Release runbook

Plus the repository, credentials and hosting — in your name, at go-live.

03

Custom Software

Internal tools that replace the spreadsheet — dashboards, CRMs and admin panels built around your process.

₹2,50,000

Starting price

10–20 weeks

Typical duration

The software that holds a business together is usually a spreadsheet nobody can leave. We replace it with a tool shaped around how your team actually works — roles, approvals, an audit trail, and the rules enforced in the API rather than in a document nobody reads.

What it covers

  • Modelled on your real process, not a template
  • Role-scoped access and approvals
  • Full audit trail, trash instead of hard deletes
  • Integrations with what you already pay for
  • Reports your accountant will accept

What you receive

  • Working panel
  • Roles + audit trail
  • Runbooks and handover

Plus the repository, credentials and hosting — in your name, at go-live.

03

How a project runs

Six stages, each with a gate.

The full process

Every stage has a condition that has to be true before the next one starts. These are enforced in the system we run the studio on, which is the only reason they hold under pressure.

A stage with a gate cannot be entered until its condition is true. The check lives in the API, not in a document.

  1. 01Scope written down

    Discovery

We work out what is actually being built and what it costs, in writing. If the timeline is not honest, this is where we say so — week one is the cheapest moment to hear it.

  2. 02Within 24 hours of the call

    Proposal

A locked-scope statement of work with a fixed price and a fixed date. Same-day is the standard; twenty-four hours is the hard limit.

  3. 0350% advance paid

    Build

A project cannot start until its advance is paid — that gate is enforced in our own API, not left to good intentions. From there you see working software, not status decks.

  4. 04Checklist passed

    QA

Delivery means the QA checklist is signed off and the final invoice is out. Real devices, real data, and the states nobody demos: empty, offline, and failed.

  5. 05Credentials transferred

    Handover

Final payment, then every repository, credential and piece of infrastructure moves to your ownership. Accounts were created in your name from day one anyway.

  6. 06Six months

    Warranty

Six months of fixes on what we built, included. After that some clients keep us on maintenance and some never need us again. Both are fine outcomes.

What you see each fortnight

  • A working deploy

on a URL you can send to anyone

  • A short written note

what moved, what is next, what is at risk

  • The updated burn

against the fixed price, not a running total

Questions

The things people ask first.

If the awkward question is not here, send it. We would rather have the difficult conversation now than three weeks into a build.

Ask us directly

Small, deliberately. Valentir is a Noida studio led by Vinay Kumar with a bench of long-standing contractors brought in per project. You get senior hands on the work because there is nobody junior to hand it to, and we take on a limited number of builds at a time so that stays true.

Typically two to three weeks from a signed scope. We reply to every enquiry within one working day and get a proposal out within twenty-four hours of the call, so you will know where you stand quickly even if the answer is no.

Six months of warranty on what we built, in the price. That covers defects in our work — not new features, which get quoted like any other work. After the warranty some clients move to a maintenance retainer and some never need one.

It is our default for the web and we will tell you when it is not the right call. Mobile is React Native, backends are Node with MongoDB unless your team already runs something else, and we would rather fit your stack than sell you a migration you did not ask for.

Regularly. If the work sits outside what we are good at, or the timeline being asked for is not honest, we say so and often point you at someone better suited. It costs us projects and it has never once cost us a client relationship.

Taking new projects

Not sure which of these you need?

Often it is fewer than people expect. Describe the problem and we will tell you the smallest useful version of it — including when that is nothing at all.
