The problem
Monitoring is usually set up in the agency's account. When the engagement ends the client either loses visibility or inherits a subscription they did not choose, in a tool nobody trained them on.
How it works
A deliberately small monitor: uptime, Core Web Vitals, error rate and a weekly digest. Deployed into the client's own infrastructure during handover week, with the alerting routed wherever their team already looks.
What is inside
- Collection
- Lightweight browser beacon plus synthetic uptime checks
- Alerting
- Threshold and anomaly alerts routed to email, Slack or WhatsApp
- Reporting
- Weekly digest written in plain language, not percentiles
- Handover
- Ships as infrastructure-as-code into the client's own account
