The problem
The production schedule lived in one spreadsheet that the sales, works and dispatch teams all edited. Version conflicts were routine, and nobody could say with confidence what was promised to whom.
The solution
A single order record moving through defined states, with each team seeing only the fields they own and a works view that prints to the shop floor.
