The problem
Orders arrived as WhatsApp voice notes and were copied by hand into a ledger. Distributors could not see demand until the van was loaded, grocers could not see stock until it arrived, and disputes were settled from memory.
The solution
A catalogue and ordering app for the grocer, a dispatch console for the distributor, and a shared order record that both sides can see. Built Hindi-first, because the people using it do not work in English.
