The problem
Owners, tenants and the property manager each had a different idea of what was owed and what had been fixed. Rent reminders went out by hand and maintenance requests arrived in three different inboxes.
The solution
One record per unit that all three parties see a role-appropriate view of, with rent schedules that generate their own reminders and a maintenance queue with a visible SLA.
