Fixed price only works if you defend the scope

Everyone likes a fixed price until the third small addition. The number holds because of a written rule, not goodwill.

Not because it was cheaper. Because a rule in a subscription is a suggestion, and a rule in your own API is a gate.

Taking projects for Q4 2026

One call, a written scope, a fixed price. If we are not the right studio for it, we will say so — usually with a pointer to who is.
